Arkansas has passed a law declaring a woman pregnant before conception making it the most scientifically dubious law ever passed. As legislators and politicians are more and more comfortable discussing their disdain of women and those darn pesky experts in science and medicine who act like they know more than the average person, it makes for lots of LOLz.
